Medical transcription field is growing faster now. It is a good way of earning money too. There is no such things like educational qualification for this field. In this field what is required is that you are well versed in English. It is a must that you are very good in English grammer, you have good listening skills. This is the basic requirement.
Now as you know it is related to medicine, so you will have to undergo a course in which you will be taught about diseases, symptoms, medical terms, English grammer. You will be as good as a doc after you finish your course, though not a doctor. You will be able to identify as to what is going on and as you get experienced you will be able to identify the disease from the symptoms.
The most important thing will be to get a good base that is of course by goining a good company. If you have a strong base, then it is an easy job, but otherwise it will be though.
With medical transcription your computer skills will also improve, not to say about typing speed. You will be an expert even before you know.
